Twiggy Things is operated under Twiggy Things-FZE, a registered entity with Sharjah International Airport Free Zone. We comply with UAE e-commerce regulations and Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 and relevant updates).

  • All product prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

4. Order Acceptance & Payment

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute final acceptance.

  • Final acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners, which may include Visa, Mastercard & Cash on Delivery.

  • We do not store your payment information.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver in Dubai only.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery charges vary based on order value and are displayed at checkout.

  • In case of delivery delays due to courier issues, public holidays, or weather disruptions, we will inform you via email or SMS.

 

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In compliance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to the following:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • To request a return or refund, please email us at info@twiggythings.com with photos and order details.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days and credited via your original payment method.

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, unless the item is unopened and in a resalable condition.
